Duplicate games in lists

I have a set of arcade games that does not work with FBneo, but perfect with Mame. In the lists I get duplicated some with [MAME] and others with [FBneo]. There is some way to avoid that they appear those that says [FBneo].

Removing them from FBneo could be a good idea, if they don't work ?

This is what I tried, first I have nothing in the fbneo roms folder even I deleted it. In the system config I have hidden everything related to fbneo. Still the same.



Well, in the case of the LightGun list, it can even be 4 duplicates, as in the case of master system Assult City. I imagine it will be because of the cores. I don't know, I've looked at the wiki, forum and I can't find how to solve this.

Try also while update gamelist (and be sure that the option to read gamelist only isn't activated)

I have solved with a clean installation although now I have to fix other things
