RETROBAT DOES NOT START

I can't start any version of RETROBAT, it stays in the task manager and doesn't start. install everything you need. I even formatted my pc and nothing. still the same. installed libraries.

all the requirements are installed. those recommended by the page.

Everything is installed, c++ libraries, directx, etc... everything that is recommended. It's not the first time I've used retrobat. Is there a problem with nvidia? For example, batocera does not start with the gpus that I have. it only detects as "table" . retrobat will have the same problem maybe?

I think that the photos of the folders could be the same since I have done a clean installation without roms and the same thing happens.

The same thing is happening on all PCs and if I have used retroarch before on this PC.

PS: I have installed BOBwin and it works without a problem. I copy it into an installation that I have with retroarch together with roms and it is pasted in TIC88, it remains in the same way as retroarch in the task manager

After your Retrobat installation, you confirm that you don't make any change on the files or folders that are included inside your Retrobat folder ?

It's not worth it to keep asking if the only thing they do is ask for photos of such a thing... I don't know which part is not understood as a "clean" installation. but thanks anyway.
I will stay using BOBWin

Yes please, if you ask for support and don't want to do what we ask you, it's better that you don't use Retrobat.

The fact that you are the only one with this issue and that we cannot reproduce the issue doesn't give you any hint that the issue might be somewhere on your windows/computer side ?
Without access to your computer how do you want any help to be provided to you ?
