Retrobat does not start correctly

Hello!
I'm trying to install retrobat on an old computer, it completes the installation without problems, but when I try to start it, a black screen quickly appears and it closes.
No error message appears, it just closes.

Has anyone had a similar problem?

These are the settings:
Intel Core 2 Duo CPU T6600
4GB of RAM memory
Windows 10 Pro

I don't know if it's relevant, but his model is a Samsung R430

Did you install all vc++ prerequisites ?
Also what is the gpu ?

Are these requirements not installed together with the Retrobat installer?

Regarding the GPU, it doesn't have one.

I am afraid it does opengl 2.1 only and directx 10 only...
Not sure you would be able to run Retrobat with this gpu.

Yes, but I was saying that unfortunately the integrated gpu is too old for Retrobat, prerequisites are a dx11 gpu that supports opengl > 4.
