Can't launch Retrobat (XboxGamepad.mfx)

Hi. Since the last update I've tried to launch RetroBat in two different computers but I always get the same error. A message in french displays telling that charging XboxGamepad.mfx was not possible.
Do you know how to solve this?

What version of windows ?
This is purely a directX issue, not related with RB.

It's Windows 10 and the last version of RetroBat. The issue didn't occur before updating it, I think.
