Retrobat start at Windows login ontop

Hi guys,I'm happy to be part of this community! Actually I'm going to setup my minipc with retrobat configuration.
My intention is to have Retrobat loading at windows 11 startup and I've already put a link of Retrobat in the Startup folder.
Retrobat will open automatically at windows startup but is not "ontop" so when it's launching, I see the windows taskbar ontop of Retrobat.
There is a way to let Retrobat loading over the windows desktop/taskbar ? Many thanks in advance!

I've tried today putting the retrobat shortcut to the startmenu folder, trying to edit registry,trying to put in the task sheduler at boot...no way to load it automatically...It's so strange because it runs with no problems from the desktop shortcut...
