[PC] 6.0.0 Updated Wiped Out My Model 2 & 3 Controller Settings

Just a heads up, the new update to 6.0.0 wiped out my controller settings (I use all keyboard mappings) and it defaulted to joypad settings. Luckily I only have a few games for each system. Would be great if future updates don't mess with existing game controller settings. Other than that, 6.0 is running great. Thanks for the continued development.
