Starting yuzu/switch games just gives white screen.

Attempting to run cat quest II (and all others) and just get a white screen. Yuzu shows perfect compatability.
The games play flawlessly fullscreen outside of retrobat in the included yuzu app, just not from the retrobat menu

i5-4440, GT1030, 8gb mem, windows 10.
Just updated retrobat to latest version, same issue.

When I set the emulator to use (in retrobat) to yuzu, it starts the game fine but windowed.
When I set the emulator to yuzu-nogui, it does open a command window along with the white screen, but lists a TON of debug messages.

Update- running yuzu-cmd outside of retrobat gives the same problem (white screen)- I'll troubleshoot the yuzu app.
