Launching RetroBat from the El Gato Stream Deck

Hey!
Has anyone been able to successfully launch RetroBat from the Stream Deck? I keep getting this error: https://servimg.com/view/20434843/1
I understand what the error means, I was just curious if there's a way to allow the app to be run from StreamDeck?

Thank you - I saw that. I'll have to figure out why the device is running it that way. Just wasn't sure if you were familiar with it.
